Indian origin British MP Lord Bilimoria: Fresh election could lead to another referendum in UK


London, Oct 11 (Agencies): Boris Johnson's promised 'Brexit deal' deadline of October 31 is fast approaching. The Brexit issue is hot not only for concerned parties in the UK, but also for all involved with it across the globe.

In an exclusive interview with British Asia News, UK based news portal, Indian origin British MP Lord Karan Bilimoria spoke in length about Brexit in his Parliament office on Thursday, October 10.

He stressed that UK should remain in the European Union for the benefits of majority. Being the vice-president of CBI (The Confederation of British Industry), he said 80% of the business community in Britain is in favour of remaining in EU. "There are good possibilities of general elections in November, If that happens, the new government will probably be a coalition one, that is going to take fresh memorandum,"
