New Delhi, Oct 12 (IANS): Netizens on Saturdaty trended "DontGoBackModi" as the Prime Minister met Chinese President Xi Jinping in Tamil Nadu's Mamallapuram.

"A leader is born after many generations. Country needs the dedication and guidance of Hon PM @narendramodi for many years to come #DontGoBackModi," a Twitter user wrote. .

A hashtag #Modigoback was trending on Friday morning. Most of the Twitter handles responsible for trending #Modigoback on the social media platform were originated from Pakistan.

"Yesterday it was exposed with concrete facts that GoBackModi was trended from Pakistan. Reality is that entire nation supports PM @narendramodi #DontGoBackModi," added another user.

Meanwhile, Several netizens also posted images of Narendra Modi picking up trash at a beach in Mamallapuram.


"A true leader leads by example. If the Prime Minister of this country, Shri @narendramodi can go plogging at a beach, we all should also consciously contribute towards keeping our environment clean and ourselves fit. #SwachhBharat #DontGoBackModi," a user wrote.

    Why do Bhakts go praise mode when this man does some tokenism gestures? He is robbing and copying Gandhian steps to propagate and publicize these fake gestures while using photographers and media to take pictures of him and put in the media. Real leaders do not crave for public lime light but do things without publicity. That is real and praiseworthy.

    What we see here is pure propaganda pictures of going to temples, prayers and swatch Bharat gestures are all pre-planned publicity.

    India needs a true leader in every way and not fake propaganda.

    The roads from Chennai to Mahabalipuram are crystal clean (no dust, no garbage), but apparently the beach near the place the PM stays is dirty. The private beach of Taj Fisherman’s Cove Resort and Spa in Chennai, five-star resorts deliberately keep their pvt beaches unclean to attract foreign tourists who, tired of their clean surroundings. love sunbathing in the middle of cracked plastic bottles and dog poop?

    Modi ji plogging at Mamallapuram beach all by himself without any garbage bin for full 40 seconds after which one big plastic garbage bag appears apparently from nowhere!

    And he is using a plastic bag to collect trash. Someone tell him that plastic is banned in Tamil Nadu. I think the central government some time ago said NO to single-use plastic.

    Great script but minus 10 for terrible acting. PM Modi's event managers once again failed in detailing the script.

    Why are you upset?. Yes Modi did that to make everyone part of cleanliness cleanliness drive. So that cleanliness becomes a movement in India. It is how you take it. Don't be jealous of his popularity.

    Then why is Modi reluctant to give away EVMs when opposition parties have proof of EVMs are not tamper-proof????.... Modi's popularity alone should win him elections without EVMs. Modi has all fancy dress costumes for different occasions.
