Gurugram, Oct 13 (IANS): Real estate major DLF on Sunday launched the second phase of its residential project 'The Ultima' and as per the company, the bookings have crossed Rs 700 crore.
In a statement here, the company said that 376 units have been allotted out of the 504 planned to be constructed.
"DLF took bookings worth more than Rs 700 crore on the first day itself. 376 units were allotted which accounts to more than 75 per cent of the total 504 units," it said.
The company said that the first phase of the project was also a "success" as the entire inventory of 400 units was sold out in a short period.
The cost of an apartment in 'The Ultima' is Rs 1.6 crore onwards, it added.
