The film is directed by the talented Akshay Anand. “My recent movie as a distributor is '1978 a teen night out' and many more are in the pipeline.” Excitement can be seen on his face for his upcoming movie 'Junction Varanasi' which is hitting globally.

2016 release 'Khel to ab shuru hoga' starring Ruslaan Mumtaz is the first project through Lav Singh's distribution company 'Theatre King'. Leading distributor Lav Singh's journey has not been so smooth. He started his film career as an editor. His first project was a Haryanvi film 'Muthbhed' and further worked as an associate editor in 'Pyar Ka Punchnama' starring Kartik Aryan. Later in his career, his interest gradually shifted toward film distribution.

During this time period, Lav Singh got an opportunity to market and distribute 'Jaane Kyun De Yaaron' directed by Akshay Anand. Lately, Lav has taken over the worldwide movie distribution rights of Hindi horror flick '1978 A Teen Night Out'.

When asked about the responsibility of making and distribution of a feature film, Lav replies, "It is never easy for anyone who makes films. Once the film is completed, the tedious job comes into picture, namely, marketing and distribution of a film.” Film distributor, Lav Singh says that a huge investment is done in crafting a project and it is very important to market it properly to recover the amount invested. One can suffer a huge loss if it is not done properly.
