Mumbai, Oct 19: Ayush Jaiswal is what we can call a breakout star, by looking at his merits, you would probably be convinced!

What makes Ayush Jaiswal so special is his well-rounded personality. He is a producer, founder and show organizer. The production house he initiated is named Third Eye Film Production. Ayush is also a prominent name now in Uttar Pradesh as he helped many young talents of Uttar Pradesh who are ambitious to become a model and an actor, by producing Mr and Miss UP Icon with the intention of promoting, grooming and giving the right platform to talented, budding and young people.

The auditions were conducted in ten cities of Uttar Pradesh and the judging panels were divergent and prominent. Indian actress Rimi Sen, Bigg Boss fame/actor – Priyank Sharma (known for Laal Ishq, Puncch Beat, the Holiday), Television director, Rohit Raj Goyal were the cherished judges. The pageant received major limelight and so, now Ayush is recently working on Season 2 of Mr and Miss UP Icon with Riya Subodh (India's next top model Season 3 winner) and Upen Patel (film actor and model).

The Hindi movie drama 'Kutumb The Family' released in 2017, featuring famous actors Rajpal Yadav. Alok Nath was co-produced by Ayush Jaiswal. This film received laurels from many people and critics. Besides, Ayush Jaiswal also organized many riveting events shows, live concerts in which Bollywood film industry's leading artistes/performers were present- Sunny Leone, Neha Kakkar, Sapna Chaudhary, Badshah, Shankar Mahadevan and many more to name.

It makes us wonder how this young and talented person – Ayush Jaiswal! Is doing it all so right and making it all look seamless, no doubt he knows how to prioritize everything and understands a variety of perspectives.
