Udupi: Nirmala English Medium School celebrates Hindi day

Udupi, Oct 23: Nirmala English Medium School, Brahmavar, celebrated Hindi Day here, on October 5, to highlight the importance of Hindi language.

The programme began at 9 am in the school hall. The chief guest of the day was Shakunthala, Hindi teacher of St Antony’s school. The programme started by invoking god’s blessing and to mark the Hindi Day. Cultural programme was conducted by the students.



Fr Josile D’Silva delivered a message on importance of Hindi Day. Shakunthala also gave rich insights about the Hindi divas. The teachers and children enjoyed the day and made the occasion a memorable one.
