Mangaluru: Carmel School celebrates ‘Yellow Colour Day’

Mangaluru, Oct 31: To know more about the colour yellow ‘Yellow Colour Day’ was celebrated by the Kindergarten Children of Carmel School, on Wednesday, October 30.

Little tiny tots came dressed up in different shades of yellow and the school corridors were decorated with yellow lanterns, balloons and a display of variety of yummy yellow eatables. A yellow table was setup showcasing all the yellow coloured toys.

A short programme was put-up by the students of Class LKG C and UKG B, which began with a prayer, prayer song, a skit, dance and a few children came dressed up and spoke about duck, sunflower, mango, smiley, sweet lime etc.

School administrator Sr Rose Agnes, vice principal, Sr Maria Gracy and parent representative, Lavita D’Souza graced the occasion.

In her message, Sister Rose Agnes told the children to always have lots of love in their heart, smile on their face and good thoughts in their mind and they will always be happy, cheerful and wonderful people.
