Udupi, Aug 17:
The parish feast of Stella Maris Church at Kalmady near here was celebrated on Saturday August 15.

Episcopal vicar Fr Baptist Menezes celebrated the festal Eucharistic Mass on Saturday at 4.00 pm along with St Aloysius College, Mangalore rector Fr Jossy Rodrigues, Stella Maris parish priest Fr Maxim Misquith and other 16 priests arrived from various parishes across the deanery.

Novena services were held for nine days from Thursday August 6 to Friday August 14, reflecting on Bible verse Do what he tells you to do, in preparation to grand feast on Saturday. Honorary candles were distributed to the donors before the Eucharistic Mass.
