Udupi, Nov 17: The state-level primary and high school students’ athletic meet was conducted by the education department at Nagamangala, Mandya, from November 12-14, 2019.

In the 'under 14 boys category,' Dhruva Ballal of class 8 won the gold in 100, 200 and 400 mts and was adorned with the individual championship. He set a record in 200 mts race clocking in at 23.81 seconds.

Ronauk Shanan Karkada of class 8 won a silver medal in High Jump.

Dhruva Ballal and Praveesh bagged a bronze medal in 4x100 mts relay.

In the 'under 14 girls category,' Trisha of class 8 bagged a silver in the 400 mts event. Trisha and Annie Lisa Amanna bagged a Bronze medal in 4x100 meter Relay. 

Dhruva, Trisha and Ronauk have qualified to participate at the National Level meet in Sangoor, Punjab.
