Kuwait, Aug 26: Caesars Group, a leader in the category of restaurants and confectionery industries around the Middle East, has now ventured a brand new project, 'Dakshin Restaurant,' in Jleeb Al–Shyoukh, Kuwait.
Caesars is led by Lawrence D'Souza, a successful entrepreneur, philanthropist, who hails from Shriva (Udupi). He is a dedicated, kind-hearted man and a popular personality in Kuwait.
Ira Malhotra, wife of Indian Ambassador to Kuwait, formally inaugurated the restaurant on Tuesday Aug 25, 2009.
Well-known dignitaries, well-wishers and staff of Caesars were present during the inauguration ceremony, along with Lawrence D’Souza, Bishop Camillo Ballin, Fr Melwyn, Fr Lionel, Fr Tony, Fr Thomas and Carmel sisters. The family members of Lawrence D'Souza were also present at the inaugural function.
'Dakshin Restaurant' serves ethnic vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies of Kerala, Andhra, Mangalore and Goa.
This is the 12th among the chain of restaurants opened by Caesars Group in Kuwait. The Group also has 14 confectioneries in Kuwait.
