Belagavi, Nov 26: "Leader of opposition Siddaramaiah will lose his position after by-elections. In addition, he will also go out of the Congress party," said BJP state president Nalin Kumar Kateel.

Nalin is campaigning for the Athani BJP candidate. He expressed confidence of BJP making a clean sweep by winning all the 15 seats in the by-elections. He took to task Siddaramaiah during his speeches at Athani.

Raining verbal attack on Siddaramaiah, Nalin said, "Siddaramaiah had said, when he was the chief minister of the state that his government will come to power once again. However, now he is not even fit for the post of opposition. Then he took the responsibility of Lok Sabha elections and suffered humiliating defeat and won only one seat in the state. Similarly, after the assembly by-elections, he will lose his position of opposition leader,”

"Siddaramaiah will remain out of Congress party itself. He is under illusion. BJP is seeing the reality. Siddaramaiah’s three illusions have turned out to be false. Under his leadership, the Congress had lost all the seats in the last elections. Voters of his own constituency have said that he is unfit for any position by voting him out in Chamundeshwari constituency. That is why he had contested from some other assembly constituency also.” Kateel added.

"People have disqualified Siddaramaiah and have kept him out. So he is trying to find a place. He has found meaning to lots of words. So he has got the capacity to change the meaning of any statement. Siddaramaiah is intelligent. He has said that after the by-elections, he is the only person, who will remain in Congress." Kateel said.
