Petrol prices remain unchanged for 2nd day


New Delhi, Nov 28 (IANS): Petrol prices remain unchanged for the second consecutive day on Thursday, when oil marketing companies did not change diesel prices either for the fourth day in a row.

Besides, crude oil prices have also been seen softening in the international market.

According to the IndianOil website, petrol prices in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai remained the same at Rs 74.76, Rs 77.44, Rs 80.42 and Rs 77.72 per litre, respectively.

Diesel prices also remained unchanged in the four metros at Rs 65.73, Rs 68.14, Rs 68.94 and Rs 69.47 per litre, respectively.
