Mangalore, Aug 30: Srinivas College of Hotel Management here organized ‘Onam Feast – 09’ on Friday August 28.
Lakshmi M. Kumaran, deputy general manager, Corporate – Communications, Mangalore Refineries and Petrochemicals Ltd inaugurating the celebration said that it was a great effort by students to organize such a programme.
A Srinivas Rao, vice-president, A Shama Rao Foundation, Mitra S Rao, president, Vijayalakshmi Education Trust, Vijayalakshmi R. Rao managing director, Hotel Srinivas and Prof Anet Florence, principal, Srinivas College of Hotel Management were also present.
Onam Feast -09 brought out the authentic cuisine of Kerala which was served in the traditional style accompanied by the fun and frolic associated with the harvest festival. Various cultural programmes which showcased the best of art of forms also left the audiences thoroughly entertained.
