Mangaluru, Jan 9: The much-awaited annual sports meet of Ryan International Sschool was held on Thursday, January 9. The programme commenced with a prayer song.
The chief guest for the day inspector Asmath Ali unfurled the flag and declared the sports meet open.
He found the students highly disciplined and confident. He encouraged the students to take part in all events. He said that we should all have the will to win but winning is not everything. Participation is more important than just winning.
The spectacular performance by the students was highly appreciated. Various track and field events were conducted.
The winners were honoured with trophies and medals. The programme concluded with the national anthem.
