Mangaluru, Jan 10: The Associate NCC Officer, Lt Shakin Raj of St Aloysius College (Autonomous) was honoured as 3 Star Ranked Officer with Captain Rank by Col Manoj V U, Commanding Officer and Lt Col Gracian Sequeira, Adm Officer of 18 Kar Bn NCC, here.
