Bantwal, Jan 13: Carmel College, Bantwal, celebrated students’ day ‘Skills & Thrills 2020’ on January 9.
The valedictory programme was inaugurated by Prof H S Fernandes, former principal, Carmel College, Modankap, who encouraged students to grab the opportunities and show case their talents. Principal Dr Sr Latha A C presided over the programme. Florine menzes staff coordinator, Babitha, Amrutha Alva, and Delwin Melroy, student coordinators, managed the show along with the teaching and non-teaching staff.
Most of the students participated in these competitions, namely creative story writing, solo singing, Mehndi, rangoli, wealth out of waste, cooking without fire, bridal making, groom making, poster making, computer gaming, dumb charades, product launch and quiz.
The entire day was wonderful, colourful and filled with fun and laughter.
