Mangaluru: Star-studded event ‘Dr SPB Live Concert’ on Jan 19

Mangaluru, Jan 16: ‘Dr SPB Live Concert’, a star studded event, will be held on January 19 at Nehru Maidan, 6 pm onwards. This show is being organised by Swamy Enterprises, Bengaluru and promoted by Time & Tide, the reputed event managers of the district.

The legendary singer Dr S P Balasubramanyam will be performing on stage with the charismatic Divya Raghavan. Dr. S P Balasubramanyam is a Padma Bhushan awardee and a Guinness World Record holder with more than 40,000 songs to his credit. A unique innovation of ‘Dr SPB Live Concert’ is the opportunity given to budding talents of Mangaluru to sing with the legend. Six best singers selected in open to all audition prior to the show will get the chance to share the stage with SPB and get inspired by his feedback. More than 20,000 people are expected to turn up to witness the musical extravaganza which is sure to mesmerize the jam-packed crowd.

Four categories of passes for premium seats namely Club Class, Gold Class, Silver Class and General Class with seating arrangement and security with barricades is available. Free entry for public in designated viewing points will be arranged. Food and beverages will be available at the Food Court at the venue.

Part of the proceeds of the mega event will benefit Karnataka Flood Relief Fund.
