Mangaluru: City College of Nursing holds annual blood donation camp

Mangaluru, Jan 17: Realizing social responsibility, City College of Nursing, a unit of City Hospital Charitable Trust, Kadri conducted a blood donation camp on January 17 in association with KMC Blood Bank at the college campus, ‘City Enclave’, Shakthinagar, here.

144 students voluntarily donated blood at the camp. Dr Valsala, medical officer, KMC Blood Bank addressed the gathering during the inauguration, appreciating and encouraging the donors.

Principal, Ashwin Bromeo J, NSS programme officer, Merlin Sheeba Pinto, administrator and Lokayya were present along with the KMC Blood Bank staff. The camp was a great success.
