Karkala, Jan 17: Vikas Anchan from Irvathur here, has bagged the 6th rank in the Chartered Accountants (CA) final exam result declared by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
The 23-year-old achieved the feat in his first attempt.
Vikas did his articleship at Satish S Biradar and Co, Chartered Accountants, Bengaluru.
Vikas did his schooling at Morarji Desai English Medium Residential School, Karkala, and pre-university and graduation at Alva's College, Moodbidri.
He is the son of Shekar Anchan, who runs a general store at Itvathur, and Sarvani, a homemaker.
