Mangaluru: Kalladka Bhat spoke to instigate Christians – Ramanath Rai

Daijiworld Media Network - Mangaluru (MS)

Mangaluru, Jan 18: "BJP is food is minorities. If they are not there in this country, the party will not exist," said former minister Ramanath Rai, who had a verbal assault on RSS leader Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat.

Responding the Kanakapura Jesus's statue issue, Ramanath Rai said, "BJP and their allies are targeting minorities in all their moves. The party protested against the construction of statue of Jesus at Kanakapura. The leader of communal organization, which has made Dakshina Kannada district 'Communal Laboratory' has spoken provocative words.

"Christians of Dakshina Kannada always live in harmony. Kalladka Bhat has spoken in a fashion to instigate their religious feelings. They are hatching a plan to gain, in case Christians get down to the streets. In USA some churches are converted into temples as per law. He has said that it is done according to the law.

"Kalladka Bhat is saying that state government has stopped supplying rice to Sri Rama School. However, not even a kilogram of rice has gone to the school from the Kollur temple. The only thing that has gone is a monthly cheque for Rs four lac. I do not know whether that is used for the school or his personal selfish gains.

"BJP is trying to divide the society. In none of the political murders that have taken place in the district of Dakshina Kannada, Muslim and Hindus belonging to the Congress party are not involved. I am ready to swear on this fact anywhere."

Giving his opinion on the issue of placing ban on SDPI and PFI in the state, the former minister said, "We do not accept any religious ideology. Banning of these organizations might be a matter of profit and loss. You can very well guess who is going to profit by banning these organizations. If banning these organizations is profitable to them, they will place a ban, otherwise no. However, I am committed to the stand of my party in this context."

His pride & jealousy is short lived on this earth. What he will gain by insulting and indulging in minority peoples religion and spreading hatred. No religion would teach to hate others religion and use derogatory language against others faith.

They are jealous of some minorities because they are well educated, well behaved, follow the moral and principles of their religion, above all most of them are well placed to sustain life with non-interference with others matters.
Time will come for Bhat when his last day in life will approach.
The statue is only a symbol. And a symbol is a mark, sign or word that indicates, signifies, or is understood as representing an idea and belief.
We Christians believe/communicate cry our sins with God directly.
Even if the statue is not build our faith in God will never wash away.

I remember reading in the Bible, the incident of Saul who was a butcher of believers in Jesus becomes Paul, a deciple of Jesus on encountering him. Kalladka Bhat, who seems to be a doctor by profession doesn't hesitate to go to a Hospital run by Christians to save himself but has a major problem with Christians. May he have an encounter with Jesus to know what is truth.

    They don't have consistent principles.
Many times they speak of Vasudeva Kutumbam, when it's convenient.
Very party heads speak utterly against aforesaid principle, so many times, when convenient.
Neither the party heads or colleagues corrects them but glorify them for their brazen utterances.

    What to tell about KPB?
In first place he doesn't abide by the constitution with regards to secular values ... treating all civilized citizens with respect and equality.
Contrary he enjoys targetting Christians, his utterances appeared in several news medias since decades. It's for the Govt to take a call in this regard.
We pray that good sense shall prevail in him as well the Govt to deal with him and it's citizens!

Let's see for how long Ramanath Rai stands beside Christians. It is very convenient to highlight the wrong doings of the others. Everybody knows about the intentions of Prabhakar Bhat. But the question is what can you do as a politician to fight against the wrongdoings?

    Dear Nayan,

Our ancestors lived in this country and we are the fruits of their living. Security is not a issue here. We will alive as long as we have given life span by Almighty. Nobody will come to conquer India; every country have their own problem. Everyone need peaceful living as long as they live. I request Mr. Bhatt to lead a march against drugs, human trafficking and corruption which is the need of hour. People will remember as long as he fight for good deeds.
