Kochi, Jan 20: In a recent meeting, priests of Syro-Malabar church had come to the conclusion that the threat of Love Jihad is real, and efforts are in fact, being made to entice Christian ladies to get converted for being recruited into ISIS terrorist organization.
The meeting had also asked the Catholics to be vigilant about such efforts.
During the Sunday prayers, the decision taken by the said meeting was read out in most of the churches.

The girls of the community and their parents have been advised to be aware of such a threat and to remain vigilant about such efforts. It may be recalled that a section of the Christian priests had objected to the above statement issued by the priests and had rejected the notion that Love Jihad is real.
