Emirati fisherman catches 350 kg shark, goes viral

Fujairah, Jan 20: An Emirati fisherman struck gold when he caught a 3-metre long shark in his fishing rod.

The fisherman identified as Eid Ahmad Sulaiman claims it was difficult to pull out the heavy fish but with the help of his team, it was a successful fishing trip.

"I could not believe my eyes. It was a big shark," Sulaiman said

"It took me a long time, and with the help of my team, we managed to catch the big fish which turned out to be 350kg in weight," he added.

Sulaiman posted an image of his big catch on social media and in no time his catch went viral.
