UAE : JAKC Fashion Show at 'Konkan Dabazo' - Register Online

Jebel Ali (UAE), Oct 6: As announced through daijiworld.com earlier, JAKC (Jebel Ali Assisi Konkani Community) will be organizing 'Konkan Dabazo -3', a fun-filled entertainment event on November 19, 2009 in the Jebel Ali Church Hall.
As part of the event, on the lines of last year, this year too, JAKC has announced that a Fashion Show for girls who are aged below 12 years (Category 1) and ladies above 13 year (Category II), would be organized on the occasion. Konkani-speaking girls from around UAE are eligible to participate in the event.
Konkan Dabazo - 3 also includes musical nite by Vincent Fernandes Cascia and comedy skits by various groups.

RULES and GUIDELINES for the fashion show:
1. The participant must be of a Konkani-speaking origin
2. Category I for the girls below 12 years of age, and Category II ladies above 13 years of age. (Residents of UAE only)
3. Online registration will be through Daijiworld.com. Onsite registration is subject to the discretion of the committee
4. Dress decency must be maintained, and objectionable exposure will not be allowed.
5. Indian ethnic/ traditional dresses preferred, but this is not a must.
6. All the contestants should provide copies of their passports, and must carry the same at the time of the contest.
7. The information provided on the registration form should be accurate; any discrepancy will disqualify the contestants.
8. Contestants must report at the venue by 6 pm on November 19, 2009. Late arrival may disqualify the contestants.
9. Once the registration form is received through Daijiworld.com, JAKC official(s) will contact the contestants for briefing of other requirements.
10.The Fashion Show is subject to minimum participants. Organisors have the discretion to cancel the show if minimum participants are not met
11. Last date for registration is 12th Nov 09.
