Udupi: UPPA Announces Prize Winners of State-Level Photography Competitions

Udupi, Oct 8: Ramu Kunjoor and Surabhi Ratan Udyavar bagged the first and second prizes, respectively in the state-level photography competition jointly organized by Udupi Press Photographers’ Association (UPPA) and Sri Puttige Mutt, recently.

Subashchandra Wagle, Udupi bagged the third place. Karunakar Kanangi Mangalore, Balakrishna Poojary Ucchil, Wilson D’Souza Shirva, Omkar Video Ambalpady, Krishnaprasad Shimladka, Mangalore bagged the consolation prizes.

K S Rajaram, senior photographer from Bangalore and Gurudutt Kamath, Udupi were the jurors of competitions. The date of presentation ceremony will be announced shortly, stated UPPA secretary Janardhan Kodavoor in a press release.
