Modi, Sitharaman have no idea what to do next: Rahul

New Delhi, Jan 29 (IANS): Just three day ahead of the Union Budget, former Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on the country's state of economy, saying they have no idea what to do next.

"Modi and his dream team of economic advisors have literally turned the economy around. Earlier: GDP: 7.5 per cent, Inflation: 3.5 per cent. Now: GDP: 3.5 per cent and Inflation: 7.5 per cent. The Prime Minister and Finance Minister have absolutely no idea what to do next," Gandhi tweeted.

Sitharaman will present the Union Budget in Parliament on Saturday.

The Congress leaders have held press conferences on the state of economy since Monday to highlight the financial mismanagement of the country.

Yes Dear Rahul knows "exactly" what to do next, and during his recent foreign jaunts, he has come up with detailed plans for getting Indian economy back on track....His plan is now a case study in Harvard, Cambridge and Oxford.

I went thru RaGa's speech very carefully yesterday from start to finish. RaGa or none of the Cong leaders has not even made a mention of CAA, NRC etc. It looks like Cong has started distancing from this issue deliberately . Soon they will wash their hands off it, The pary may have realised that it will not gather votes for them . Whoever protested and lost their lives are a useless exercise. You can never trust politicians.
