Mumbai, Feb 10: Shani Mahatma Seva Samiti, Khar east held its 53rd annual Shaneeshwara puja and Grantaparayana on Saturday February 8.

Priests Santhosh Bhat and Ramesh Bhat Charkop performed pujas and several other religious rituals.

Nikhita Bhavit R Poojary and Vimala Jayarama Shetty couple was in charge of the pujas.

Billavara Association Mumbai president Chandrashekar S Poojary, Bharath Bank director Gangadhar J Poojary, committee honorary president Sridhar J Poojary, president R D Kotian vice-president Jayarama Shetty, president Shanker K Suvarna, vice-president Devendra V Bangera and Bhoja C Poojary, honorary chief secretary Yogesh Hejmady, joint secretary Ramesh N Poojary, joint assistant secretaries Harish Kotian Kaup, Janardhan N Salian and other office bearers were present.

Honorary chief secretary Yogesh Hejmady on behalf of the committee announced that ‘Satya Harischandra’ Harikathe will be held at Saidham building premises, Jawaharnagar on February 16 at 4.30 pm and invited the devotees and members.
