Mangaluru, Feb 11: Srinivas Institute of Technology’s 'Prathibha 2020' - Talent Hunt was inaugurated on February 7.

The two-day function was inaugurated by Dr Shrinivasa Mayya D, principal, Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangaluru.

Speaking on the occasion, he emphasized that students should grab every opportunity through these platforms, they should recognize their talents and outshine by participating in such competitions.

Prof Sumana V S cultural coordinator highlighted the various events planned for Prathibha 2020 and the importance of participating in such cultural events. She also motivated the students to actively participate in various events.

Shravya C Kulal welcomed the gathering, while Krushitha S Gowda proposed the vote of thanks.

Prathibha 2020 was held for two days on February 7 and 8. Students in huge numbers participated in the various competitions like dance, singing, drawing, cooking without fire, collage, turncoat, face painting, tattoo art, dumb charades, variety, Mehendi, Mad ads, dress designing, mime show and Pick and act etc. Winners were awarded exiting prizes during the valedictory function where Arjun M Shetty welcomed the gathering, Venkatesh Rajput read the report of the programme and Sherya C Kulal proposed the vote of thanks. Spandana Poojari was the master of ceremony for the programme.
