Madikeri, Oct 24: Three doctors were arrested here in connection with the death of 16-year-old student.
He arrested have been identified as Dr Ravi Kumar, Dr Abdul Aziz and Dr Vishwanath Sampi of the district hospital. The trio arrested under IPC section 304 A on the basis of complaint lodged by the deceased student's father.
The deceased student, Venkatesh was a first year student suffering from a severe stomach pain had been admitted for a surgery at the hospital on Thursday October 22. But complications developed during the surgery and he was declared dead after being moved to a private hospital.
