Mangalore: ‘Goen Shahir Ullas Buyavn Memorial Musical Concert’ on Nov 1 at Kalaangann

Mangalore, Oct 25: Mandd Sobhann, a premier organization engaged in promoting Konkani and it’s distinct culture worldwide functioning from the city, will be staging ‘Goen Shahir Ullas Buyavn memorial musical concert’ by Siddanath Buyavn and his Goan troupe, as its 95th monthly theatre programme, at Noreen and Ronald Mendonca stage, at Kalaagann, here at 6.00 pm on Sunday November 1. The entire Goan music troupe led by Siddanath Buyavn, will entertain the music enthusiasts at the Kalaangann that day.
The first Vishwa Konkani music awardee, Akshatha, will be the main attraction at the said programme.
Thomas Stevens Konknni Kendr – Carval Gharane Kalakaar Puraskar – 2009 will be conferred during the above programme, Mandd Sobhann has informed.
