Mumbai, Feb 17: Guru Narayana Yakshagana Mandali convened by Billavara Association Mumbai on the eve of platinum jubilee celebrated annual Om Shani Om Shaneeshwara Grantha Parayana on Saturday afternoon at Billavara Bhavan Santacruz east.
Association president Chandrashekar S Poojary lighted the lamp and set it in motion. President Chandrashekar S Shanti performed poojas assisted by Ulloor Shekar Shanti and Ravindra A Shanti. Association vice president Dayanand R Poojary, secretary Ashok Kukyan Sasihitlu and Vanita Ashok couple were in charge of poojas.
Association honorary chief secretary Dhananjay Shanti, honorary chief treasurer Rajesh J Bangera, Sava Dalapati Ganesh K Poojary, Billava Bhavan manager B Chandrashekar Salian, association office bearers, local committee leaders and a large number of devotees took part. Gangadhar Kaladi distributed prasada.
