Its not done only by terminating from services. He should be punished for his harassing a woman passenger. He should be arrested and jailed in.later can be investigated. It is a lesson to all conductors not to harass any women or males .Women passengers are not their free birds to do what they want. She has acted very professionally to get rid of this goon.

Punishment given is enough. Needs to be dismissed permanently without any benefits. All benefits should be given to the brave lady. He should be employed in cultivation so that he comes to his senses when he goes through hard labour in the fields.

He is punished for his guilt and criminal behavior.
Let him serve few month in Jail and try to correct his behavior.
If he is jobless, he might do worse things for livelihood. That is again dangerous in the society.

Indian laws & judiciary not worth a single rupee. It's only good for wasting time & money They will arrest & within minutes he will be released on bail.
Terminate him from service mere suspension is not going to yield any result.

Rudolph, every time you should not have doubt on women. Don't defend such culprits all the time. Because, I too got the video and some photos of the same conductor along with the photos of the bus, yesterday. In video, this poor lady tries to protect herself when he was behaving in an inappropriate way...which I do not want to explain. She saw the proper and safe spot to get down and she did what she was supposed to do at that time of her molestation. Secondly, with regard to the recording of the scene through mob... She must have asked help from the Co-passengers to do the same... Even after knowing there will be problems if someone molest or harass a lady, incidents like these have not become less... "Vikratha kami" ...stupid mind
