NSFTID students flash in National Level Costume Designer Contest at VIT, Chennai

Vellore, Feb 20: Fashion evolves and constantly keeps changing. Competing with the changing trends is a big challenge. However, students of NSFTID have proved their passion for fashion designing, time and again.

The Costume Designer contest organized by Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai on February 8, 2020, had many designers from across the nation participating and presenting various elegant designs. The show was judged by Vivek Oberoi actor and Shri Vidhya celebrity designer. NSFTID students with their fabulous costumes bagged the second prize.



 

Reduce, Reuse and Recycle was their mantra to develop sustainable costumes. Besides, acquiring firsthand experience in designing techniques, they had an opportunity to explore new trends in designs and interact with designers.
