Mangaluru, Feb 29: Florin Shelomith Soans, Assistant Professor, St Aloysius College (Autonomous), here was awarded PhD for her thesis titled 'Decentralization and Economic Development: A Study in Karnataka State'.
Soans did her thesis under the guidance of Dr Shripathi Kalluraya, Finance Officer, Mangalore University.
She is the daughter of Vimala Soans and J S Soans, Jappinamogaru and wife of Sandesh Dev, lecturer, Boscoss PU College in the city.
