Bengaluru: No salary since two months for state government employees

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (MS)

Bengaluru, Feb 29: State government employees have not received salaries for the past two to three months. They have expressed rage over this attitude of the government.

Employees of nearly eight to ten departments of the state government have not received salary since last December. Officials and staffs of IAS, KAS and various ministries are facing the brunt as they have not received the payments.

This issue has cropped up due to shifting of data from Treasury-1 to Treasrury-2. As the server that handles Treasury-2 is too slow the salaries of the employees have got delayed inordinately.

As the server is working slowly, all the works like bill preparation, submitting the same to the treasury, deposit and payment are facing hurdle. All these works are routed through server only. The officials of the finance department have clarified that this will be sorted out soon.

Meaning ? Do our taxes go to Alval college too so that the staff salary can bi give !

Eh ! What a logic ? Probably your party leader is doing 'Vasool' of 1000 crores given to MLAs to come to in his party hence this shortage of funds. Where else have the taxes gone ? Yeddy hasn't told us people of Karnataka that the state taxes are relaxed ??

    Raju, Karkala,

The party that rules Karnataka at present, swore in to power on 26th July 2019. The news says that the salary is not paid since two months. If what you are saying is correct, the salary should have been pending since July no ? From where did Yeddy pay the salary July-Dec ? From what was left after paying in crores to the MLAs he pocketed ? Rich man - isn't he ?

BJP GOVERNMENT has bankrupted the whole country. Bank coffers have been emptied, national assets are being sold, money is wasted in building walls to hide slums from Trump. Spent over 100 million rupees welcoming Trump who always says that Indians are cheating US. People who are poor and old are suffering. They are only interested in creating communal disharmony.
