Mangalore, Nov 9: Mandd Sobhann has invited applications from the Konkani troupes interested in presenting Konkani programmes in the Mhoinealli Manchi (Monthly Theatre) series for the year 2010.
Troupes can perform musical shows or dramas or folklores and the duration of the programme will be two hours . Selected troupes will be paid Rs 13000 as remuneration. Troupes coming from outside Dakshina Kannada district will be paid second class train ticket or bus ticket and free accommodation will be provided in Kalaangann.
Mandd Sobhann will look after arrangements for sound, lights and publicity. Interested troupes can send in the details of the programme to Kalaangann, Makale, Shakthinagar, Mangalore – 575016 or email to mandd_sobhann@yahoo.com before November 25.
