Belagavi: BJP GP leader killed by woman, mother-in-law over alleged sexual harassment

Belagavi, Mar 3: A BJP gram panchayat (GP) member was brutally murdered by two women on the accusation that he harassed them sexually by entering their house in the night.

Basavraja, BJP gram panchayat member of Kittur taluk is the person who was killed by the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law duo.

Basavaraja Dodamani entered the house of the women in the night when there were no men folk around. Both the women splashed chilly powder to his eyes and thrashed him brutally.

A seriously injured Basavaraja was taken to Dharwad district hospital but he succumbed to his injuries.

A complaint in this regard is registered at Kittur police station.

    ‘’Hindu Khatre Mei Hain’’ (Hindus are in Danger) That is the drum beat the Government of India has been playing in the country for quite some time now.

    In a country where 80% of the population comprises of Hindus, propagating such an ideology among the masses is nothing short of amusing.

    Hindus have had their lands ruled, by Mughals first and then Christians, for centuries together, but they still grew and prospered. But now even with a Hindu Nationalist at the helm of affairs, suddenly, Hindu Khatre Mein Hain?

    Unlike other religions, no Hindu has ever got attacked or killed only because he was a Hindu in the saner parts of the world… and still Hindu Khatre Mein Hain?

    Hindus are respected all over the world. We have people from foreign lands coming to study our culture, but despite that…..Hindu Khatre Mein Hain??

    So, if you are a Hindu and you are suddenly feeling that “Hindu Khatre Mein Hain” , and you want to “Save The Hindus” or “Save Hinduism” then get rid of these radicals. These small bunch of hatemongers do not represent you as a community.

    Throw Them Out!!! And then you will really be saving “Hinduism” And unless and until you do that…Hindu Khatre Mein Hain.

    The greatness of any community is defined by the greatness of its people. By you, by me and by us. So, how we shape the future of the society is completely in our hands, or else Hindus will definitely be in danger and so will India.
