NCA conducts 'Train the Trainer' workshop

Bengaluru, March 4 (IANS): The National Cricket Academy recently conducted a 'Train the Trainer' Workshop as part of the Faculty Development Programme.

This was done with the help of an External Learning and Development Partner to identify and increase the pool of Faculty who will conduct BCCI's newly designed Coach Certification Programmes, a statement said on the BCCI website.

A total number of 20 Level-3 Certified Coaches applied for the Faculty role and after a round of selections, 12 candidates who were selected underwent this workshop to learn facilitation skills.
