Mangaluru: St Raymonds Degree College organise seminar on 'Artificial Intelligence - The new era'

Mangaluru, Mar 5: Anushree Raj HoD, MSc Big Data Analytics of St Agnes (Autonomous) College, Centre for PG Studies and Research delivered a talk on 'Artificial Intelligence – The new era' as a resource person on March 4 for BCA students at St Raymonds Degree College, Vamanjoor, Mangaluru. Yogitha HoD BCA Department, St Raymonds Degree College introduced the resource person to the students.

Anushree Raj addressed the student’s giving a brief introduction on data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence. She explained how data analytics plays an important role in our real life with real-time examples. Students were briefed on how artificial intelligence is influencing our daily life with new innovative products making life more at ease. They were also briefed on various career opportunities in the field of data analytics and enlightened on skills essential to grab a variety of professional positions. She introduced the students to two courses, MSc Big Data Analytics and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Data Analytics offered by the PG Department of Big Data Analytics at St Agnes College (Autonomous) Centre for Post Graduate Studies and Research, Mangaluru.



Students of MSc Big data Analytics personally interacted with the BCA students by clarifying some of their doubts in the courses offered and the study environment at St Agnes. The informative session motivated the students and helped them gain insight in the fields of Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.
