    Ganesha Kamath,
I have been hearing this for the last ten years. During my visits to Dubai last month I have noticed significant changes in developments ever since I retired from there eleven years ago. Dubai is going to have Expo in October 2020, & I have been given to understand that they r going to hire 40,000 labours for the work they have to complete in time.

What a joke patting their own back. Right now construction is in a bad shape and there is no much construction in progress, there are a lot of apartments and office space vacant. What is the Govt. doing to the construction labourers? just a gimmick. Tourism is in a jeopardy worldwide and what amount is the state Govt. going to help in tourism.
