Allegations baseless, Sachin Joshi seeking vengeance - Raj Kundra

Media Release

Mumbai, Mar 6: A  press release by industrialist Raj Kundra has come forth over the allegations made by NRI Sachin Joshi against him. It maintains that Joshi has repeatedly tried to malign Kundra's reputation in the past as well.

One of the investors and director of the company in question, Satyug Gold Pvt Ltd agreed to have launched a gold plan to provide gold to customers. As per the statement given before the media, every order received from several customers since the inception of the company has been fulfilled without any hassle. Meanwhile, Joshi to get his gold has taken a rather frivolous route where he approached the police and media to claim his share. Instead, Joshi should have collected the gold by visiting the Satyug office.

The press statement also stated that the company has sent a letter to the police and the NRI where they have maintained that Joshi's gold was at the Satyug office and to collect it, the latter would have to comply with the terms and conditions and pay a balance of Rs 17,35,000. The company claims that Joshi was seeking revenge over a cheque bouncing case in which he was held guilty. Reportedly, in the past, Joshi was accused of bouncing of cheques worth Rs 40 lac over the purchase of team at a sporting event. Clarifying another allegation by the NRI, the statement released by the team states that the new office address has been updated on the website and that no customer apart from Joshi has had a problem.
