Dubai: Blood Helpline Karnataka (R) hosts blood donation camp with other associations

Dubai, Mar 7: New Mark Sports & Cultural Club, Konkans Bells and Blood Helpline Karnataka (R) jointly organized a public blood donation camp on March 6 at Latheefa Blood Donation Centre, United Arab Emirates.

Out of 70 people, who voluntarily registered to donate blood, only 51 individuals could donate blood due to time constraint. Doctors and staff of Latheefa Blood Donation Centre co-ordinated with the organizers in collecting blood.

Noel D'Almeida, Bala Salian, Nelson Pinto (president, Konkans Bells), Reena Mareena Galbao (secretary, Konkans Bells) and members, New Mark Sports & Cultural Club Members Roshan, Anil, Rakesh Shetty, Praveen, Bharath, Yash Karkera and administrators of Blood Helpline Karnataka (R), Sirajuddin Parladka, Mehathab Kaikamba, Izzuddeen Deralakatte, Farook Deralakatte Were present.



Walter Pereira and Leticia Pereira (proprietors of Mega Speed Cargo Service) and Christopher (Proprietor of Solid Rock Advertising) and Ansar Barkur extended their support in making the camp successful.

The organizers thanked Dubai Health Authority, Community Development Authority UAE for their support in organizing the camp, all the donors for stepping forward to donate blood, hospital staff, representatives from various media, volunteers and all those who had contributed directly and indirectly for the success of the programme.
