Mangaluru: Holi festival celebrated at Srinivas University, Pandeshwar

Mangaluru, Mar 9: The students of Srinivas University, Pandeshwar, celebrated Rang Holi on March 9 at its college quadrangle. The festival is envisioned to bring the community of students on a common platform and celebrated the festival of colours. The programme included rain dance, cultural events, bands, DJ and fun with colours.



C A A Raghavendra Rao chancellor of Srinivas University presided over the function and he encouraged students to participate in the event. Dr A Srinivas Rao pro-chancellor, Dr P S Aithal vice-chancellor, Vijayalakshmi R Rao director, Srinivas Group of Colleges, Mitra S Rao secretary, A Shama Rao Foundation, Dr Anil Kumar registrar and Dr Ajay K J registrar development, Srinivas University, deans, teaching and non-teaching faculties and students of College of Hotel Management and Tourism, College of Management and Commerce, College of Computer Science and
Information Science and College of Education, College of Social Sciences and Humanities and College of Physiotherapy were present.

Prof Keerthan Raj faculty, CMC compered the programme. Prof Shreedhar Acharya dean, CCIS welcomed the gathering. Prof Swaminathan S dean, CHMT delivered the vote of thanks.
