Mangalore: City Cricketers Win DKCA T-20 Tournament

Mangalore, Nov 22: The final match and valedictory ceremony of the 20-20 cricket tournament organized by the Dakshina Kannada Cricket Association (DKCA), was held at Nehru Maidan on Saturday November 21.
 
The final was between Ullal Cricket Academy and City Cricketers, which the latter won.  The tournament was inaugurated on Thursday October 8.



The tournament was organized by DKCA as part of its promotion of cricket players from in and around the city.

Several teams participated in this tournament. A total of 33 matches were held during the tourney.  
 
MLAs Yogish Bhat and Abhayachandra Jain, Manohara Amin, convener of DKCA, Dr Shrikanth Rai, president of DKCA, and others presented the awards to the champions and the winners of category wise prizes such as best player, best all rounder, and best bowler.
