Spiritual education is very good idea which is proposed by the State primary and secondary education minister Vishweshwara Hegde Kageri. This goes very well when one's stomach is full and then seeks more answers for one's life. But the question is for the poor man who can't even afford two meal a day and lives in hungerness, whether this message is applicable. Afterall humanity is the religion which is above all other religion.

It is true "students are guided with correct vision of life rather than being churned out as job hunters, which is the scenario currently." But the minister needs to inform and educate as to the means of livelihood if not primarily through jobs. Does he propose survival through agriculture only? It is high time the ministers tell the public where their children study and what jobs they do instead of just give speeches about what others need to do. Will the education based on vision alone guarantee the salary the ministers get?
