McAfee appoints Rahul Arora as Sales Director for India, Saarc


New Delhi, Apr 21 (IANS): Cybersecurity company McAfee India on Tuesday announced the appointment of former Skybox executive Rahul Arora as the company's Sales Director for India and the Saarc region.

As a key part of the company's India leadership team, Arora will be responsible for leading sales teams and technical experts, to help drive the cloud security market within India, McAfee India said.

Arora brings to the new role over 21 years of experience in the IT industry.

Most recently, he served as the Regional Sales Director for India and Saarc at Skybox.

Prior to that, he held several leadership positions in prominent IT companies like Citrix, Akamai and Radware, to name a few.

"McAfee is committed to making the cloud environment secure for businesses across verticals and Rahul's wide experience with cloud-based products will help us to accelerate cloud security adoption in the region," Sanjay Manohar, Managing Director, McAfee India, said in a statement.

At McAfee, Arora will be instrumental in building a strong pipeline, ensuring solid sales execution, and driving customer relationships to achieve sustainable growth.

With a strong background in cloud-based solutions, his responsibilities include building performance focused teams and widening market penetration.
