Rahul Gandhi launches portal for MSME, seeks suggestions

New Delhi, Apr 22 (IANS): The Congress has launched a portal for MSME sector as party is finalizing draft to submit the government a demand for stimulus package to this sector and sought suggestions and ideas for the same.

Rahul Gandhi tweeted: "COVID-19 has devastated our micro, small and medium businesses (MSME). The Congress party needs your help. Send us suggestions and ideas for what an economic stimulus package should cover."

The suggestions can be sent on voiceofmsme.in or on social media platforms of the party.

The Congress Consultative Group has deliberated on MSME and agriculture sectors under Manmohan Singh. Rahul Gandhi is a member of this committee.

The MSME is the biggest generator of employment after agriculture. We will be giving our suggestions in priority, Jairam Ramesh had said after the first meeting on Monday.

The Congress had demanded that government should also bear 75 percent salary of those working in MSME sector.

In any case there are many here. They may give. There is one from Bengaluru who is a specialist on ' Oil ' matters. She may for once try to be original rather than crib on my comments only.Ramesh Udupi,Veer Zara from Nagpur may chip in and get noted.Who knows ?They may be the next Priyanka Chaturvedi or Ran deeps of the Congress.
For me if you ask honestly the Congress needs suggestions to stay afloat rather than the MSMEs .

When PM Modi asks suggestion for silly things why cant Rahul Gandhi ask suggestions for betterment of the MSME sectors. The current government doesn't care about farmers, small or medium business sectors because they don't provide fund during election

Let me clarify. Farmers, small or medium business sectors are the back bone of our economy and form the majority of voters . The Govt has provided them various schemes that are beneficial for their growth. Hence they have voted for Modi as the PM. If what you said was true, Pappu would not have been booted out of Amethi for poor performance and fled to Wayanad only to win on 'you know whose' votes.

Can you mention what are the schemes GOVT has provided for the farmers and MSME? I can only see these schemes on social media posted by the fake BJP IT cell. but the reality is something else.

I cannot agree more. In the garb of MSMEs, shell companies owned by Congi's will flood this website with all kinds of crooked money-making suggestions . 40 plus electoral defeats and still going on. All Gandhi family's loyal Congressmen must be proud of their unquestionable leader's splendid performance. The govt should also consider granting him the award of the 'Politician Of The Decade' on the next Independence day in the national capital .
