Kerala to begin #breakthechain2.0

Thiruvananthapuram, Apr 29 (IANS): Kerala that has six districts in the red zone will soon launch the second phase of break the Covid-19 chain by maintaining social distancing, preventing throwing away of used masks openly, restricting spitting in public, besides encouraging drinking of enough water, eating good food, and use of handkerchief whenever sneezing or coughing.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Wednesday said it's time for the second phase of break the chain campaign to begin which will again focus on continuing with the using of masks as eight of its districts are still in the orange zone.

There have been over 480 cases in Kerala and four deaths. While the lockdown norms in the red zone is very tight, in the orange zone, things are more relaxed.
