Mumbai, May 2 (IANS): Actor Vikram Chauhan says his character in the second season of the web series "Baarish" is quite similar to his own personality.

In the show he plays the character of Aniket Karmakar, brother of the female protagonist.

"Honestly, I picked Aniket's nuances from season one and tried to find myself in Aniket than looking for a new Aniket completely. I tried to find where I can relate with Aniket. I figured out Aniket is impulsive, he is not very articulate in explaining his issues. Similarly, I also get stuck when I need to explain myself. Aniket has matured and become wiser than season one and I think I have too. So, I tried to find Aniket in me again, and held those threads while performing my character."

The actor is known for appearing in shows like "Ek Hasina Thi", "Jaana Na Dil Se Door" and "Ek Deewaana Tha".

"Baarish Season 2" also features Sharman Joshi, Asha Negi, Priya Banerjee, Manit Joura, Anuj Singh Duhan, Sahil Shroff, Shubhangi Latkar, Muni Jha, Sheetal Tiwari, Poulomi Das, and Abhishek Verma.

The new season will be streaming on the OTT platform ALT Balaji and ZEE5.
