Dubai, Jan 18: The 7th Anniversary celebration of Emirates Pangalites, an association of Pangalites residing in United Arab Emirates (UAE), will be held on Friday, 22 January 2010 at Pool Side, International Seafarers Center, (Seamen’s Club, Bur Dubai),  Dubai.

The full day’s event “Festa Saanth” will include Live-Music from Pearls of Mangalore, Abu Dhabi. Skit and Dances by Harmony Dance Group and Emirates Pangalites Troupe. Goan Songs from Maria Fernandes, a noted Goan Singer from Dubai. Clown to entertain the children.

Emirates Pangalites established in 2003 with an objective of uniting all pangalites in UAE under one umbrella and provide financial assistance to the needy back home by providing school fees, uniforms, mid day meals and medical assistance. In the last seven years Emirates Pangalites successfully organized unique programs in UAE and back home to help the poor and needy thus living up to their objective.

    Long live Pangla and people of Pangla. I am very proud to be a Pangalite. Pangalites in UAE always done something different so as this time. I wish all my fellow Pangalites a very best for “Festa Santh” I am sure it will be grand and very successful. Pangla is known for jasmine, soon it will be known for fun & entertainment.
