Mangalore: Jyothi Educational Charitable Trust Conducts Free Eye Camp

Jyothi Educational Charitable Trust in association with Dakshina Kannada district Janata Dal (United) organized a free eye camp at Jyothi Educational Charitable building, Nans Tower, Padil, recently.
 
Fr Godfrey Saldanha was the chief guest at the inaugural function.
 

 

Fr Muller Medical College Hospital (FMMCH) eye surgeon Dr Francis Rodrigues offered tips on protecting eyesight by early detection and subsequent treatment.
 
Eye surgeons of FMMCH attended to a large number of participants who had arrived from Jalligudde, Veera Nagar, Bajal, Kannur and Padil among other places. 
 
Free spectacles were provided to the people from economically-backward communities.
